Are your staff vaccinated?
Yes, all our staff are fully vaccinated, unless medically exempt.
How do I prove I'm vaccinated?
We’ll need to see your COVID-19 digital certificate or your immunisation history statement. You can download your COVID-19 digital certificate via the Medicare app

if you have access to a printer you can print it off and bring in a hard copy to your appointment.
What if I'm medically exempt? Can I still come in and how do I prove this?
We can still welcome you to the salon if you are medically exempt. Please call us beforehand to let us know.
I've had one vaccine dose and I've got my second one booked in. Can I still come to my appointment?
If you are in the process of being vaccinated and already have an appointment booked past November 5, please reschedule your appointment to on or after the date you will be fully vaccinated.
I'm a repeat client. Will Brow Syndicate ask every time or keep my health information on file?
If so, how will my personal information be managed?
We will ask you at your appointment if you would like us to store this information for your future appointments.
We will only save once you have given authorisation.
Alternatively you can just bring your proof of vaccination along to all your appointments and present it to our staff.
