Your appointments are very important to me, it is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.
50% fee will be charged in case of late cancellation within 24 hours regardless of the situation.
“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% percent of the booking amount.
Clients are given a generous 10 min to arrive to your appointment, If you are 10 minutes late or more you will have to reschedule and charged a fee.
If you are late and I cannot complete your full service, you will still be charged for the service booked.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our wait list clients of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
